- 🌍 Compatriots living abroad, aged 18 to 35
- 🌟 Coordinators, leaders, and activists of youth organizations abroad aged 18 and older
Program Overview
The program includes an introduction to the development system of volunteerism in Russia and the Leningrad Region, participation in volunteer projects, and visits to volunteer organizations within the Leningrad Region.
